At The Office Spa, it’s all about relaxation, vitality and sustainable energy in the workplace. Chair massage is our core service, but we offer much more besides. Our team consists of a small group of massage therapists who, in addition to chair massage, are also certified in yoga, meditation, Essentrics and personal movement coaching (provided by a physiotherapist).
We also work with two regular trainers/coaches whose approach is fully in line with our own: practical, warm, expert and always focused on what employees really need.
No standard platitudes, no dry theory. Instead, relatable situations, clever insights and tips you can put into practice straight away.

Learn how diet affects energy levels, concentration and mood. No complicated diets, just practical tips that staff can put into practice straight away to eat well and enjoy their food. Optional: a cooking workshop or tasting session.
Digital detox & focus – peace of mind, control over your working day
Gain an understanding of how excessive screen time affects your eyes, sleep, posture and energy levels. Employees discover how constant stimulation affects their focus and what positive effects they are missing out on due to a lack of real-life interaction, physical activity and breaks. They learn simple ways to disconnect more often, restore their focus and build healthier digital habits for greater calm, clarity and energy.

Energy management – from survival to recharging
Discover how to truly recharge your batteries rather than just keeping going. Employees learn to make conscious choices, recognise their limits and manage their energy more effectively throughout the day.
Breathwork – reset your nervous system
Conscious breathing calms your parasympathetic nervous system and improves your lung capacity, leading to greater relaxation and a stronger foundation for sport and daily recovery.
Meditation – balance and focus
Meditation helps calm and sharpen your focus, making it easier to think clearly. It allows you to train your concentration in a natural and accessible way. It can also be combined with yoga or stretching exercises.

Yoga – energy, relaxation and balance
Our certified teachers offer group classes that fit perfectly into a working day. We offer three different styles (Yin, Hatha/Restorative, Chinese), each of which promotes calm, strength and flexibility in its own way. The classes are suitable for all levels.
Essentrics – length, strength and flow in every movement
Essentrics is a flowing full-body workout inspired by ballet, tai chi and yoga, which lengthens your muscles, improves your posture and relieves stiffness caused by sitting for long periods. The elegant, low-impact movements give you a slimmer, taller appearance and allow you to move more freely and confidently, without breaking a sweat.
Outdoor boot camp
The sessions combine strength, fitness and mobility. A variety of equipment can be used to create a versatile outdoor workout.

Workplace advice – work comfortably, fewer complaints – comfortabel werken, minder klachten
Practical advice on posture, workplace adjustments and micro-breaks. Ideal as a complement to chair massage or as part of a wellness week. Also available as an individual ergonomic assessment within the department.
Walking coaching – step by step
A conversation in the open air can sometimes help you think and feel more clearly than sitting at a table.
Breathwork – reset your nervous system

Hormones, energy & sleep (men & women) – how your body works affects your working day
Hormones influence energy levels, sleep, mood and concentration — often far more than you might think. Employees learn how small lifestyle changes can make a big difference to their working day and their well-being.
Hormones & the menstrual cycle (women) – work with your cycle, not against it
Gain an understanding of how the four phases of the cycle affect energy, focus and stamina. Employees learn how to align their schedules with their natural rhythm, so they can make the most of their peak periods and better manage fatigue.
Hormones & the Menopause (HR/Managers and Women) – Strong and Visible During the Menopause
The menopause affects your energy levels, concentration, mood and sleep — and therefore how you experience your working day. In this workshop, you’ll gain an understanding of the hormonal changes taking place and what you can do yourself to alleviate symptoms. There are two versions: one for women, focusing on practical lifestyle strategies for greater balance and energy, and one for HR professionals and managers, offering tools to better understand employees going through this phase and to support them (including through policy).
